Having begun his career in the industry as a union carpenter with the Orange County Register in the early 70’s and then continuing his education in construction technology and business administration, Armando has developed diversified skills and a thorough understanding of the home building process.

With his background and experience in construction he started Precision Builders of Big Bear Lake, CA where his reputation and commitment to quality was established in residential and commercial projects.

Beginning her career in drafting by revising maintenance schematics for the airline industry, Gerry went on to sharpen her design skills with a professional apprenticeship in architecture. In addition to a diverse and successful background in management and experience in architectural design, she maintains an Arizona Real Estate Brokers license.

Understanding architecture and cost allows Gerry to form a working relationship built on confidence and understanding of their customer’s requirements, dreams and ultimately budget by providing unconditional attention to detail.
